The Strategic Planning Feedback Labs are small-group sessions designed to bring together a variety of voices from across campus. Because the groups are limited in size, not every volunteer will be selected.

Submitting this form lets us know you're interested, and we'll follow up in the coming weeks if you are chosen to participate. Even if you are not placed in a lab, your interest and your voice are valued as we continue building UCA's next strategic plan.

Sent to all students, faculty, and staff, this survey included open-ended questions and a goal-sorting activity.
Campus Community Conversations
Members of the Central Strategy Team met with divisions and departments across campus to gather input and feedback.

Cross-functional teams charged with developing actionable goals under each strategic imperative.
