To ensure the best experience for your group, we have specific guidelines associated with group visits. Please read and acknowledge these guidelines to submit your request for a group visit. If you're unable to commit to a guideline, please contact us at (501) 450-5145 to discuss your concerns.

All groups are required to provide one (1) chaperone for every twenty (20) students.

Chaperones must stay with their group at all times. If your group is split, there must be a chaperone with each group in the 20:1 ratio. Chaperones are responsible for ensuring group members behave appropriately while on the UCA campus.

The Office of Admissions reserves the right to end tours and/or presentations as a result of unacceptable behavior by guests.

Unacceptable behavior includes but is not limited to: disrespectful language, including inappropriate comments related to sex or race; threatening language or actions; or any behavior deemed unacceptable by UCA Student Handbook. Inappropriate group behavior may result in denial of future campus visits.

I understand my group is expected to act respectfully and appropriately while on the UCA Campus. I also understand that poor actions taken by my group may result in denial of future campus visit requests.

Groups are expected to adhere to the scheduled arrival time.

If your group is more than 15 minutes late from your scheduled arrival time, we cannot guarantee that your group will receive the full visit experience as outlined in any materials or event schedules, depending on the availability of UCA students and staff. If unexpected circumstances arise on the day of your visit that delay arrival, the primary contact is expected to contact the Office of Admissions immediately.

I understand my group visit is scheduled based upon my request, and the experience may be canceled or adjusted if my group is more than 15 minutes late from our scheduled start time. Additionally, I understand it is the primary contact's responsibility to communicate with the Office of Admissions should circumstances arise that result in a later arrival.

Changes in group size are expected to be communicated to UCA immediately.

The group organizer is required to inform UCA immediately if the number of attendees decreases or increases so staffing adjustments can be made accordingly. Updated numbers may be communicated via email at admissions@uca.edu or by calling (501) 450-5145.

I understand there is an expectation for the group organizer to communicate with UCA should the size of my group change from my original request.

All groups are required to inform UCA Admissions immediately if they need to cancel or reschedule their tour.

To provide the best service to all interested group visitors, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour, if you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. If you're planning to reschedule, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

I understand it is the group organizer's responsibility to communicate with the Office of Admissions at least 24 hours prior to the event, should we need to cancel or reschedule our visit.
